William Blau's Stochastic Oscillator

The stochastic oscillator is defined as follows:

TS_Stochastic(price,q,r,s,u) = TStochI(price,q,r,s,u)

Calculate signal lines using smoothing:

SignalLine(price,q,r,s,u,ul) = EMA(TS_Stochastic(price,q,r,s,u) ,ul)
